Dirk introduced Paige Tom, Director of Marketing for Sauk Valley Bank.
Paige gave an informative presentation on the "Pokeman Go" game phenomenon.  She told us it took only 6 days to become the most popular game available.   While most of the club had heard of this game and some  had downloaded it, few, including myself understood it.   Thanks Paige!     
Announcements 
  • Kevin is pleased to announce our club Vice President, Mike Sprague and new board member Gunnar Ortgieson.  Congratulations!
  • Tim Schwingle recognized Russ Spitzer as a Paul Harris Fellow.  Also Jan(+2 member) and Ed Andersen (+3 member) who contributed in the names of their grandchildren Hayley and Nick. Congratulations!
  • Board is still researching options for lunch.  Until determined, July 26 by Candlelight and August 2 by Angelo's.
  • Dave Murray announced that on July 27, 28 & 29, there will be B17-B24 & B25 planes at the airport to view and ride in.   Thursday is the full day of this event so mark your calendars to attend.
  • Mike Sprague announced the Newman Golf Outing on Sat., July 30.   It is filling up fast, so call now to enter a team. 
  • Bob Hawkins announced Aug. 16 as their annual Fundraiser for the Food Bank - Come out for Food and Fun!
