Dear Rotary Members,
In place of our regular Tuesday noon meeting on July 2nd, we invite you to participate in the "Let's Feed Our Children" meal-packing service project.
Date: Tuesday, July 2nd 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM (Stay as long as you can)
Location: New Life Church on Lynn Blvd (Side gymnasium door - look for signs)
What we'll be doing:
- Packing individual paper lunch bags, assembly-line style
- Combining 4 meals into "to-go" sacks for pickup on Wednesday
- Our goal is to pack close to 4,000 individual lunch bags
Important notes:
- Children 8 years and older are welcome to volunteer with an adult
- We expect to finish around 10:00 AM, any time you can give is appreciated
This is a great chance for us to come together and directly impact the lives of children in our community. Your participation, even if only for a short time, will make a difference.
